The BEISSBARTH TC1150 HD is a heavy-duty truck tyre changer built for precision, power, and versatility in handling large wheels. Designed to accommodate rim sizes from 14" to 42", and extendable up to 56", this machine easily manages wheels up to 2300 mm in diameter and 1150 mm in width, with a weight capacity of 2000 kg. It features a self-centering chuck with four powerful jaws for secure locking on all rim shapes and profiles. The chuck operates with hydraulic pressure and offers five grip zones with six different clamping positions, rotating both clockwise and anti-clockwise at speeds from 4.5 to 9 rpm.The mounting and demounting tool arm is highly adaptable, with manual adjustments for inclination and direction. The operator can seamlessly switch between the bead-breaking roller and bead extraction tool, and retract the arm completely for full wheel access. With a 25,000 N bead breaker force, it delivers powerful in-and-out motion for even the most stubborn beads.Control is made easy and intuitive via a robust cable remote, featuring dual joysticks and foot pedals. Joystick 1 controls wheel lift and tool carriage movement, while Joystick 2 operates the jaw clamping. Pedals provide directional control for rotation. The 5.3-meter-long remote cable allows complete freedom of movement around the machine, improving operational flexibility and safety.Pre-drilled holes allow for safe and secure floor anchoring.
