Spray in intervals into the air intake system as close to the air intake manifold as possible while engine is
running. (Do not use on turbocharger or intercooler. These can be cleaned with the product when engine is
NOT running.) Attention: Engine speed and diesel knocking can increase during operation! After each brief
spray wait until the regular rpm has recovered by itself. If necessary, accelerate slightly to avoid that the
engine stops. Continue until the entire bottle is empty. Allow the engine to idle for a few minutes. (Note:
Remaining large amounts of vapors of the dissolved oil can cause the engine can overrev. Then you have to
strangle all air supply immediately to the engine so it stops. Otherwise it may occur engine damage)
Description
GAT Diesel Applicator Spray is for cleaning and protection of the entire air intake system such as the
intake manifold, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve and intake valves of diesel engines which are
affected by soot and other deposits. The product is specially designed to clean the air intake system
and combustion chamber without disassembling parts in the engine. The unique additives effectively
removes soot deposits, resin and sticky deposits from the air intake and restores the engine‘s maximum
performance.
Benefits
Combustion residues, oil and resin are deposited in the intake system and disrupt the air flow. Deposits
in the throttle body, intake manifolds and the combustion chamber can cause turbulent engine operation
or juddering of the diesel engine and disrupts the combustion. Traditionally, these deposits and soot on
piston tops can only be cleaned when the engine is disassembled. Our product is sprayed into the combustion
