We have non-mandrel Pipe benders from Memoli, Italy. Memoli provides one of the broadest full-line capacity ranges in the world. MEMOLI has been manufacturing manual and motorized pipe bending machines ever since. Its production range consists of professional devices, such as manual bender EUREKA, up to our latest models of bending machines for cold bending, curving, and twisting of metallic bars, section iron, and pipes: Eurekamatic CE/CN and the new ETM series of Tube benders.

Our ETM series is a compact Pipe bender yet provides high-quality service, it is designed for all types of Pipes and profiles. Sturdy and well-performing machine, it is entirely made of steel and completely manufactured in Italy. Thanks to its new software technology called “Digital Bend Programming Touch Screen”, this machine is extremely easy to use: this software was specifically studied for Pipe Bending applications and enables the selection of up to 99 programs each of them with a 5-stop sequence in the bending operation. Furthermore, this machine offers the option to apply hydraulic or pneumatic clamps and mandrels with a positioning system.

The Eurekamatic version CE/CN is completely run and aided by an incorporated microprocessor, which allows total precision and efficiency of the curving system. The display shows the desired angle of curvature and constantly informs the operator about the position and the movements of the curving axis. The incorporated software allows the easy storage of 45 different angles of curvature. The machine can work both manually and automatically, thus reducing working times. On which we can mount: angle bender, circle curve bender, and 3 types of tube bender. One tool only for 4 types of work; sturdiness, flexibility, fast clamping; it can also be mounted on the old model Eurekamatic CE; possibility to make the vice closing either pneumatic or hydraulic.
