Flap Disc
CUMI's Flap disc is made with high strength glass fiber backing and high performing grains -
Zirconia, Aluminium Oxide, Silicon Carbide. Special abrasive - electro coated, close coated,
uniformly wearing flaps result in fresh grains being presented every time. This results in high material
removal rate and consistent finish throughout product life. Active reagents in the resin formulation
results in cooler cutting, no discolouration. Available in two types - flat (type 27) and conical
(type 29) these flap disc are high productive tools for finishing sheet metal works, blending,
de-burring on metals.
