The yellowfin tuna is among the larger tuna species, reaching weights over 180kg, but is significantly smaller than the Atlantic and Pacific Bluefin tunas. Our tuna is safe for raw consumption according to regional standards, and is guaranteed to be parasite free by our suppliers.
