Special large diameter stainless steel seamless pipes are manufactured make to order, and can be offered with a delivery period of 12 weeks in all major stainless steel grades.

Stainless steel seamless pipes, as per ASTM A312 TP304L and TP316L are available Ex-stock in a size range of 1/8” NB to 16” NB, in all schedule sizes and stainless steel grades. Meanwhile, stainless steel seamless tubes can be offered in a size range of 6.0mm OD to 114.3mm OD with minimum 1.0mm thickness.

In order to ensure quality and traceability Steelmet offers stainless steel seamless pipes andstainless steel seamless tubes with NABL approved lab test reports, PMI reports, EN-10204.3.1 mill test certificates and 3.2 certification issued by a third party inspection agency.

We can offer custom size cold drawn stainless steel seamless tubing, in addition to stainless steel seamless tubes in round, square, and rectangular forms manufactured in compliance with international standards of quality and safety.

All major stainless steel grades can be offered in both seamless and welded forms, but more specialised grades such as Duplex, 321H, 317L, 904L, 347H and stainless steel 446 are generally available in seamless form.

While very high wall thickness materials may be difficult to offer in welded form, stainless steel seamless pipes and stainless steel seamless tubes can be offered with high custom wall thickness to meet the most demanding requirements of our customers.
