Spacemaker was established in 1990, with its Head Office in Dubai, UAE. Spacemaker is part of a bigger group of companies known as Byrne Investments Limited, additional members of which constitute the various Byrne Equipment Rental operations through the region. Spacemaker’s production facilities are focussed on a 23,000m2 factory in Al Quoz, Dubai and a 30,000m2 factory in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The company uses state of the art technology to compliment the best traditional practices in its pursuit of quality. Spacemaker’s approach is to deliver a bespoked solution to each and every customer, properly aligning the customer’s needs with the most appropriate structure and construction technique. We are able to turnaround projects in remarkably short periods of time from order, to delivery, to final hand over without compromising on quality.
